1. The Service

WiFiPilot provides enterprise-grade wireless networking solutions, captive portal management, and data analytics tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our software facilitates the deployment and management of network nodes across diverse venues.

2. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you shall not:

  1. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  3. Use the Service to transmit "spam" or other unsolicited mass mailings.
  4. Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the WiFiPilot hardware or software stack.

4. Guest Data & Privacy

When using captive portals, you are responsible for the data collected from your guests. You must maintain a privacy policy that complies with local regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). WiFiPilot acts as a data processor on your behalf for the technical delivery of the captive portal experience.

5. Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Hardware

WiFiPilot may provide or recommend specific hardware nodes (e.g., MikroTik or GL.iNet routers). Hardware is subject to its own manufacturer warranty. WiFiPilot is not liable for hardware failures, though we provide software support for integrated devices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIFIPILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WIFIPILOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
